When can I schedule a showing?
Showings are available after completing our short pre-screening checklist and receiving approval. Once your information is reviewed, we’ll contact you to schedule a showing time that works best for you.

Who needs to fill out an application?
Any adult over age 18 must complete a separate rental application.

Do you run background checks?
Yes. As part of your rental application, we will be requesting background checks from TransUnion that include a criminal, eviction, and credit history.
If you have any concerns about what may be on the background check, please discuss this with us prior to paying for the rental application.

Do you require a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required before move-in.

How long is the lease term?
Most leases are 12 months, though shorter-term options may occasionally be available.

Do you offer furnished rentals?
Yes. Many of our properties are available furnished, unfurnished, or partially furnished depending on your needs. Furnished units can include furniture, linens, and basic kitchenware upon request — ideal for travel nurses, residents, or short-term tenants. Please contact us for details on current availability.

How quickly can I move in?
Move-in dates depend on property availability and application processing. We’ll work with you to get you moved in as soon as possible once everything is approved.

What does the tenant portal do?
The tenant portal allows you to pay rent online, set up autopay, and submit maintenance requests 24/7 from any device.

How do I access my Tenant Portal?
Once your lease is finalized, you’ll receive an email invitation to set up your tenant portal through DoorLoop.

If something is broken, will you fix it?
We’ll address any maintenance issues that are our responsibility as outlined in your lease agreement.
If there are damages or repairs not covered by the lease, please let us know — we may be able to recommend a trusted contractor to assist.

When is rent due and how can I pay it?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
Payments can be made securely online through the tenant portal using credit card, debit card, ACH, or other accepted payment methods.
